Cookie Policy
This page explains what is stored on your device when you visit henryfleetmgmt.com, what is optional, and how to change your mind.
Who is responsible
Henry Fleet Management LLC, St. Louis, Missouri, is responsible for this website. Questions about cookies or your choices can go to contact@henryfleetmgmt.com or (314) 441-6841. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle the information you send us.
What always runs
A small number of things are needed for the site to work and are not optional. These include the security check that protects our application form from spam, and the storage that remembers your cookie choice so we do not ask you again on every page. We also use privacy-focused visit counting that does not use cookies and does not identify you.
Optional services
These are off until you allow them. If you refuse, our ride-hailing emails still reach us — you simply lose the live chat shortcut.
Optional services and privacy choices
Whether optional services need permission before they run depends on your location and the settings for this site. Services you previously declined stay off. If we cannot determine which services are allowed, they stay off.
You can decline optional services or withdraw permission at any time in Cookie settings. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, advertising stays off unless you explicitly allow it in Cookie preferences. This signal does not automatically turn off functional services or analytics.
- LeadConnector (HighLevel)
Live chat widget so visitors can message our team about a rental, and so we can review those conversations to improve our replies.
Functional, Analytics
Widget cookies and local storage set by LeadConnector on the visitor's device to keep a chat session and remember it between pages. Retention is controlled by LeadConnector.

Where the banner appears, and your choices
When you load a page we make a quick, coarse lookup of your region so we know whether the law where you are requires us to ask first. In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland and some US states, optional services wait for your permission. Elsewhere they may start automatically, and you can still switch them off.
You can change or withdraw your choice at any time — look for “Cookie settings” in the footer of any page. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we honour it as a refusal of optional services, and choosing “Accept all” does not override it.
